iFp Next is Innovators for Purpose’s (iFp) alumni-focused program, designed to support students transitioning from high school to college and into impactful careers. By offering mentorship, professional development, and access to opportunities, iFp Next empowers alumni to grow as leaders and changemakers in STEM, design, and innovation.

iFp students enter STEM fields at twice the national average, demonstrating the program’s success in opening pathways, especially for those from underrecognized communities. Through iFp alumni have secured internships and roles at leading organizations, applying their skills to drive impact in STEM, design, and innovation. Our ongoing mentorship and development advance economic mobility and empower alumni to shape brighter futures for themselves and their communities.
