Uncovering Brilliance. Building Pathways.
Supporting often underestimated young people from curiosity to college to career.
Explore the iFp Pathway
Talent is Everywhere.
Opportunity Still Isn’t.
Too many talented young people are excluded from the spaces where ideas are tested, careers are launched, and futures are shaped.
iFp bridges that gap by transforming proximity into access and access into opportunity, ensuring students are not just prepared for the future, but positioned to shape it.
We Build Pathways
Not Programs
“I came to iFp with a portfolio of posters and logos. Soon, I learned that design was so much more. iFp opened worlds I never knew existed.”
- Maxwell iFp’21, UX Designer at TD Bank
Most programs are transactional. You attend. You complete. You leave.
iFp is different. We build long-term relationships that begin with curiosity and extend through college and into careers. Our students don't just participate. They become part of a community that opens doors and puts their brilliance on stage.
How We Work
Students build skills and mindsets, develop agency, and showcase their brilliance.
Master the Craft
Students build technical skills and creative mindsets through hands-on work in design and STEM.
Build Your Voice
Students develop agency by exploring issues that matter and learning to lead with purpose.
Command the Stage
Students showcase their brilliance through public platforms, portfolios, exhibitions, and real-world presentations.
Our commitment is not to prestige, but to best-fit pathways
where brilliance can thrive.

What We’re Working on Now
Transforming AI
AI is being built fast, but not always for us.
iFp students are questioning who builds AI, investigating algorithmic bias, and creating tools and educational resources that empower communities to shape the future of technology.
Through AI summits convening 200+ Gen Z and student research selected for NeurIPS (one of the world's premier AI conferences), iFp ensures young people are not just impacted by AI, but recognized as leaders shaping what comes next.
