We bring together a collective of aspiring creatives, technologists, and change makers, then channel their curiosity and passion into developing skills and mindsets needed to shape their futures.
Society’s greatest challenges requires a diversity of minds to tackle, however historically not everyone has been invited to the table. We were founded to discover and equip those missing from the conversation.
Through student-initiated and company sponsored projects, we spark a sense of agency in our students empowering them to solve problems in their communities and ultimately the world.
@ iFp we believe that students are not only the future, but the NOW as well. Our students learn that doing and iterating (not planning) is the pathway to making big things happen today and bigger things happen tomorrow.
Our Students
We seek-out high-potential diverse youth grades 7-12 residing in Cambridge and Greater Boston who are interested in exploring how Technology, Design, Art and Science can used to as a force for change.
Our Real-World Approach
Organized as teen-powered design and innovation studio (iFp Studios, ages 14-18) and experiential learning lab (iFp Labs, ages 12-14) students learn by working on real-projects for real-clients. Using our hands-on multidisciplinary approach that integrates art and design with STEM, youth begin uncovering their passions and developing the mindsets of innovators.
